The manager lady was awesome food was hot my boyfriends sandwich was dry

No one was at the front register for a couple of minutes, when I was ready to order. When i received my order, it was incorrect. I went back to the register, no one was there again. I didn't see anyone. I ended up not eating, because I didn't get want I ordered. I just took my food, and left. I won't be back. I didn't feel they had enough help, or was there for they're customers. Also, I felt they were very slow.

These people need to listen to customers. If someone gets coffee and ask for Splenda or sweetener not sugar). My mother was handed sugar and she's a diabetic. Good job Carl's Jr you might kill someone.

The biscuits that survived the Hardee’s transition are usually AWESOME and the main reason I go to Carl’s Jr for breakfast but this morning I’m assuming they got real busy someone hadn’t been on the ball so to hurry the orders along the took the pan of biscuits out of the over early cause I ordered two ultimate omelette biscuits both of them the biscuits were barely starting to brown around the edges instead of the beautiful golden brown uniformly like I’m used to they were quite doughy certainly under cooked
