2 stars because EVERY TIME I come here they short me on the fries. Doesn’t matter what size fries I get. Small, medium, large… the cup is always halfway filled. My pleasure? Yeah right!

The price is expensive but overall the food is good.

Bought a Southwest Chicken salad and some chocolate chip cookies. Requested 2 Avocado sauces. Confirmed everything with the individual taking the order. Paid for the order and picked it up at the drive-thru window.Food was for my wife. There were no avocado sauces in the bag although they were clearly documented on the receipt. My wife was disappointed and advised me to always check the contents of the bag before leaving the window. Am highly disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. It's the job of the person filling to order to ensure it's complete and right. Better training or people are needed.

3 stars for the price!! I haven’t been to a chic-fil-a in about a year, went tonight and was shocked by the price tag!! While the food and service were good, the price was insane for fast food. So I did a lil research, and just from 2019 the prices have Inflated over 40% (20% in 2020-2021, 15% in 2022 and 6% in 2023) while the company has seen increased revenue year to year and is still profiting well over 1 billion each year…not to mention the Cathy family is worth more than 29 billion combined. Funny how inflation only affects the customers… I won’t be coming back!!
