Blue Lotus Vietnamese Cuisine - Carson

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my sister, and I was unsure about what to expect from the food. I decided to try the pho, and I absolutely loved it! Now, I find myself craving it often. It was a fantastic experience!

My family and I are huge fans of Blue Lotus! What a great deal; they could easily charge double for their food, but they keep it affordable. Everything is incredibly delicious, making it the best Vietnamese restaurant we've experienced since the 1980s! Excellent work, Blue Lotus!

My brother took me to this restaurant because I had never tried Vietnamese food before. I have to say, the service was incredibly quick. I will definitely be coming back!

Great Service Awesome Food, the pride of Carson. It's no wonder there's a wait to be seated during lunchtime but, it's worth the wait. Also, very generous servings, I always go home with half of my order.
