フィードバックを提供するA really special place, with all the traditional Piemontese meals and more: first to be mentioned is the bollito misto, with the superior meat of the Bue Grasso beef, then all the wonderful antipasti which are served as starters, not to forget the local...kinds of homemade pasta, with any (traditional) seasoning one can think of. A special mention to the Finanziera (a typical stew of offal of beef, chicken and more), really tasty and I personally appreciated it because it's also a bit less saucy than usual. Last but not least, the desserts, very fine and elegant yet really tasty. In the end, the only issue is that really you can't skip any of these wonderful dishes, so you end up eating a lot! But no fear: they also have plenty of really fine wines that will help you get along with all of the meal! The chef is a very nice person, who will come personally at your table, so you can have some talk and exchange opinions in an easy going style (provided that you understand at least some Piemontese). All the service people in general are really handsome and nice too.

I had bollito misto the complete program with all sauces and a delitious starter. wein was also very good and so was the service, friendly and yet impeccable. unless they are a vegetarian!, definitiw the price worth
