Chipotle Mexican Grill - Carrollton

This Chipotle has the dirtiest restrooms in the city. The rolls of toilet paper are just tossed around instead of being placed in the dispenser. The floor is littered with trash, and it’s evident that the sink and toilet haven’t been cleaned properly. The kitchen also looks unkempt.

The food was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient in handling the line of customers. I barely had to wait a few minutes before placing my order.

I had the carne asada bowl, and it looked just like the one in the commercial—it was delicious! Just so you know, we recently moved here from San Diego, which is known for its amazing Mexican cuisine.

First time in this location. Food was really good and flavored well. The portions were very large in true Chipotle fashion. The employees were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that they were out of veggies, but it was 5:30 so they could have just finished a dinner rush. I took away 2 stars for the cleanliness. Every table was dirty, the drink station area was a mess, and the windows need a major cleaning. None of my issues had anything to do with the quality of food or service. I would return.

Food as usual is good but the restaurant is gross. Hasnt been cleaned in awhile, floors havent been swept and tables werent cleaned. This is typical for Chipotle.
