After all my walks it was closed, a nice night and I enjoyed the walk.
Watched the football replay here on Saturday evening. A nice friendly pub, with a good local trade. We were wearing Kerry jerseys, so obviously we attracted a bit of banter from the locals. A decent pint, and plenty of TV's to watch the game. Pity...about the result though, lol.
Do not miss Larry's when you visit Cork.So close to Corks main street ,Patrick's street. Good grub by day and lively music sessions at night.Very friendly staff greatly helped by the wonderful proprietor.
Went in here with a few mates to watch a match . We had food and a few drinks. The woman on duty , elderly/ mature had the personality of a bulldog chewing a wasp. She was as abrupt, not a bit welcoming, the kind...of yer not important attitude towards us. Well I'm sorry but the likes if us are paying your wages . And in these hard times through with the restrictions throughout the catering industry you should be absolutely delighted with anyones custom. Will not be back . This woman needs to take a time out i think, obviously is allergic to being there .
