Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. I was served a raw chicken sandwich, and since I'm pregnant, taking the first bite made me gag—it was severely undercooked. We were on the road and didn't want to turn back, so I reached out to Popeyes customer service right away. They assured me they would contact the restaurant manager. However, I received no response. I followed up again ten days later, and once more, they claimed the manager would get in touch, but still nothing. It's outrageous. All I wanted was a refund for food that could pose a serious health risk. After this experience, we're completely done with Popeyes.

This place is lively, the food is excellent, and the service is likely even better. Don't miss out!

The food was great, but the service was lacking. I didn't receive what I ordered at all. Make sure to check your bags before leaving. I attempted to resolve the issue, but despite several phone calls, I wasn't able to get any help.

Just had the best experience eating at popeyes today with my son. Staff was great, food was so fresh and delicious. I don't usually choose popeyes when i come out to eat, but I definitely will be coming back way more often! If you haven't tried their nuggets, do it now!
