Little Caesars Pizza - Carpentersville

So it is true that you get what you pay! They could be the lowest cost pizza and used to be good, but how many things in this country, quality has gone out. 1. They claim hot 'n ready....last 3 visits had to wait up to 15 minutes (forgive yourself behind a lot in a small room with no wearing mask employees not even wearing gloves...yikes). 2. Today's visit that probably was my last, the pizza looked and tasted as if it was made much earlier a day and reheated. The crust was close to burned and chew/hard and thus had to be cut off. The upper part was definitely boiled (or cooked twice). Looks like I have to go on or get home delivery for a good and decent pizza!

Lousy service. Terrible pizza. Never going to this place again. Employees don't care, manager was rude and pizza was not well baked. My ultimate supreme pizza did not have green bell peppers and was raw. Great job people!!

I normally enjoy Little Caesars but this location has some of the most incompetent and blatantly rude employees of any store I've ever visited, that is if they even acknowledge your existence. Don't be surprised if you wait at the register for 10+ minutes waiting to get your order taken, even if you try to get their attention the employees will look over at you, not say anything, and return to whatever it is they were doing (standing around or pretending to look busy). They will actively ignore customers even when the store isn't busy just so they don't have to work. Purge the current staff and get some people in there who actually care or just shut the place down.

Fast service, good price and good pizza. I saw all the recent bad reviews and almost decided not to go here, but I'm glad I went. I didn't have a bad experience at all. My order was ready a few minutes early and I have no complaints. Thanks!

This place is a nightmare!! Line almost out the door Never have ready pizzas If you call ahead the phone is disconnected noise. The few times I got a hold of someone I show up 10 min later and pizza not even put on the oven yet. If you 're in the algonquin side go to the one on randall Update: I thought it would be idiot proof to order and pay online but I was wrong show up and my pizza is not even being ready after I got the email that it should be ready. This is ridiculous.
