Cocobowlz - Carolina Township

Gather is amazing and Cocobowlz is one of my favorite spots. Everyone who makes the bowls are wonderful, but there is extra magic in Jessica’s bowls. Every time she made me a bowl, I won my volleyball game. I’m not saying she’s magic, but I’m not ruling it out. She also always remembers my order!

Unsanitary behavior. Rude staff. No manager/owner contact information to report issues. Go to Clean Juice

Although my bowl was good, it took several minutes for the *3* staff members in the back to realize there was a line. They were incredibly slow, one staff member was even lying on a table, visible to customers outside. The staff members were quite young, so it might be beneficial to have an adult at the store to supervise.

Didn’t like how they automatically charge a tip. When I noticed it and asked for my money back I was told they couldn’t give me my tip back. The young lady had to call someone so they could tell her how to void my order. I don’t have a problem tipping, but just don’t take my money.

Literally every time we come to the mall this place is having some type of issue. They are either always out of ingredients or don’t have enough employees so they don’t want to accept orders. Hopefully this company/owners can get this place together soon. It’s really a shame because the bowls are pretty good.
