フィードバックを提供するThe service was excellent, and the burger was decent. However, Strandburger is just around the corner and only accepts cash! Also, I wouldn't recommend ordering the crab cake sandwich here.
The first thing CASH should know. The food was delicious, delicious and fresh. Server was excellent, friendly and made a great suggestion to my meal. I had the Spinat Omelett and also wanted to taste the cookies and Gravy. She suggested getting the cookies as my side and getting a cup of gravity. Great idea, I have remains of tomorrow. Guys said pancakes were good, but a little dry.
Delicious! Everything was fresh and homemade. We had the French toast, eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, and chicken and waffles. The hush puppies were AMAZING! We?re a family of four and it worked out to about $15/person. The service was great. Shout out to our server Britton. They were understaffed and everyone was busting their butts to provide excellent service.
The cookies are absolutely delicious and wonderfully creamy. I enjoyed the breakfast, although I'm not particularly fond of smoked sausage; however, it's not a major issue for me. They serve Java Jeff coffee here, which is excellent. Please note that they only accept cash, but there is an ATM available.
It appears that the restaurant may be relying on tourists who are willing to pay high prices for average food. As a local, I've been disappointed with my sandwiches lately, which bear no resemblance to what I enjoyed just five months ago. I particularly loved the turkey club, which is a simple dish to prepare. For $8 (without a side), I expected it to look more appealing, not like something I threw together at home. Five months ago, the sandwich was served beautifully. Unfortunately, about two months ago, they forgot the turkey in my club sandwich completely. I went back without complaint because I appreciate some of the staff there. However, after visiting yesterday and spending $35 for myself, my 10-year-old, and my 3-year-old, I was saddened to see that my $8 club sandwich looked nothing like the one I had before. To the owner of Gulfstream, whom I've often spoken to and seen around: please take action, help your staff, and maintain the cleanliness of your restaurant. You've lost my business as a local customer! I love supporting our city and dislike cooking three meals a day, but I can’t justify paying high prices for lower quality food. This sandwich (which is not even a club anymore) is simply unacceptable. I urge you to return to your former standards as winter approaches. I also requested onions, pickles, mayo, and mustard, but none were included.
