Rosati's Pizza Of Carol Stream On Hiawatha

Tonight this little place was recommended so we thought we’d give it a try. We were glad we did and I’d be so glad to tell you why. The young man who waited on us was not only courteous and professional..but also very personable. The thin crust classic combo was tasty with the perfect crunch, and breaded chicken wings were deliciously spicy! I appreciated that the estimated time of completion was precise as I arrived to pick up my order I noted they were just cutting and boxing my pizza. The woman who was boxing my pizza noticed I was looking her way…she acknowledged my glance with the sweetest smile. Yep…this place gave us really great customer service and the food did not disappoint!

I love Rosatis but this was ridiculous my fries were soggy to the point where oil was soaking through the bag and the fries were tough we also ordered bread sticks and the basically gave us a pizza with no sauce and no cheese, this was very disappointing to have come from Rosatis being I've never had a bad experience with any other locations. I hope they can fix this for future customers but I personally will not be ordering from this location again.

I use to love Rosati's pizza from the Elmhurst location. I ordered a sausage pizza from the carol Stream and it was terrible. I couldn't believe it. The sausage had like bone pieces in it and barely any sauce compared to normal. It was like the pizza was just thrown together and with old ingredients that were just sitting around for a while or made in properly. Unless Rosati's all together changed the way they make pizza. I will not go back to the carol stream location. Sad since I just moved to Carol Stream and used to order Rosati's but now I won't and no closer locations. Very disappointing

Terrible delivery experience. We ordered a pizza, fried ravioli and chopped salad. When the food arrived it was cold. Apparently the driver cant count from 1 to 10 and knock on door 8. Furthermore we were missing my wife 's meal, the chopped salad! When i called the driver and asked if he had the salad he said Um.....i dont know . A fine answer for a child attending school but an unacceptable answer for grown ups in business. So i called the restaurant and suggested to cancel the order if it was going to be longer than 15 minutes and they told me the driver would be there in 5 minutes. 45 minutes passes by and our food is cold waiting for my wifes salad so we can eat together as a family. No salad still. I called and got a refund for the salad even though i feel that we should have been refunded for the whole meal given that none of us ate this cold garbage. $80 for 3 menu items isnt worth it. You can dine in a finer restaurant for that.

I come here every once in a while for a by-the-slice pizza. There's a couple high top tables right by the front window. But if you want to be wowed, get the thin crust. I recently ordered two 24 (I think) thin crusts for my guys in the shop and everyone enjoyed them. Great pizza.
