Mapleberry Pancake House And Bistro

I ordered two breakfasts for delivery, but my potato pancakes tasted heavy and stale, while my husband's pancakes just didn't seem right. When I called to express my concerns, Cathy asked me to come in and bring the pancakes so she could remake them. However, I chose delivery for a reason. While I appreciate the service, this experience has made me hesitant to order delivery again. It seems like they may have new cooks, and if the food wasn’t a problem, then Cathy's attitude definitely added to my disappointing experience.

Was looking for a quick bite to eat at lunch. Glad I picked this Pancake House. I was seated, order taken and the meal brought out in what seemed like a few minutes without feeling rushed. Gotta admit, the eggs, pancakes and bacon were really good too.Definitely will go back and highly recommend to others.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found that the decor made it look nicer than the overall experience. The prices seemed quite unreasonable; for instance, a side of two eggs costs $8, while a slightly better meal is only $11. There were no combo options or deals available. The place was nearly empty when we arrived, yet our server had difficulty attending to us. Other customers who came in after us were served water and given menus right away, while we were left wondering where our server had gone. We weren't checked on even once until we received the bill. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but with such a sparse crowd, it was a bit disappointing.

The food was mediocre. I ordered the biscuits and gravy skillet, but it arrived cold. The only somewhat warm part of the meal was the eggs, and even that was questionable. The eggs were just average, and the biscuits lacked flavor — there was hardly any taste to the gravy either. Instead of our waitress, a busboy ended up serving us. He was very nice, but the rest of the staff didn't seem very attentive to our table. They appeared to be quite understaffed. Overall, my experience was disappointing; while the building has a modern appearance, I left feeling unsatisfied. I don't plan to return.

The food was excellent! I ordered the Greek skillet and it did not disappoint; the flavors were fantastic. My daughter had the chicken salad sandwich, and she declared it her favorite version ever! The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door.
