Tan Viet - Carnoux-en-Provence

From crossing to Carnoux-en-Provence, we tested Tan Viet... and so loved that we returned two days later. The shrimp doughs have nothing to do with those I could eat before, here they are fresh and homemade, there is no doubt about it. We also enjoyed the bo-bun nem! We have taken care of and everything is very well packed and served in a reused cardboard cage, perfect for not spilling anything! In addition to that, the person we saw the two nights was very friendly. One without fault!

Clean kitchen, good value quality price. A little disappointed with Thai seafood salad: 2 shrimps and 1 superimi stick! A little waiting between the dishes. Nice waiter.
