Trung's - Carnforth

The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance and the food was delicious. I ordered the salt and pepper tofu and the veganized vegetarian vermicelli, both of which were very tasty.

After viewing the menu online, I called the restaurant to inquire about their vegan options. They told me that all of the vegetarian dishes can be modified to be vegan, so I just had to ask the waiter when ordering. I ended up trying the salt and pepper tofu, tofu in sweet and sour sauce, rice noodles, and seaweed. The food was delicious and I would definitely revisit if I find myself in the area again.

I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner and I found that the price per person ranged from £10–20. The food was excellent, I would rate it a 5. The service was good, I would rate it a 4. The atmosphere was pleasant, I would rate it a 4 as well. I highly recommend trying the Crispy Aromatic Duck, it was delicious.
