7-eleven - CARNELIAN BAY

Bought some of the store brand donuts here on a road trip. Tasted and smelled of the acetone used in nail salons. Very concerning! Not to mention disgusting!!! Worried for people health though. Tried to contact their customer service and it was a nightmare...

When you go to 7-Eleven, you don't normally expect great service and customer care. Usually you need a quick bite, a slurpee for a hot day or some gum. However, when I walked into this 7-eleven with my girlfriend, the owner ran to hold the door for us and let us in. This is unmatched service at a 7-eleven. We then asked him if they sold candles. He then escorted us to the aisle with candles and this was just the beginning. He told us all about the candles, including their usage for both fragrance and lighting. He said most people used this specific candle for its delightful fragrance but it could also provide lighting for a candlelight dinner. Who would have known about the many uses of candles? All in all, we happily purchased the candle and made our way across the street for our candlelight dinner. The best 7-eleven I have been been to in my entire life. Better service than most restaurants.

I'm a big fan of all 7-11 stores. You can get anything from beer to milk to eggs to chips and the list keeps going on. This location is clean and the staff has always been friendly.

I want to make a review on Carnelian Bay 7-11 CA only. I went there on Wednesday February 19th 2020. My husband and I stopped in for a drink during a bike ride. I made my selection first and arrived at the counter first. I said hi to a man wearing a turban, he did not look at me, he did not respond. My husband arrived with his selection and I said, what? You don 't say hi he addressed my husband and said hello, never looking at me, he said, I 'll talk to him, not you . Is this anyway to treat a customer? This is California, but still America. Sharia law isn 't recognized here. I will never go to this establishment again and I don 't think any red-blooded American should, but just my opinion.

THIS is the worse 7-11 I have ever been to and I have been to many!! I have the app so wanted to get my free drink RUDE older foreign woman practically yelled at me that I had the wrong cup!! So I went and got the other cup came back she was so nasty said 99 cents I said I have a free cup coupon here well she wasn 't having it so we argued ha k and forth till I left my cup and walked out she was STILL yelling at me while leaving!!! I could not believe it!! I would NEVER
