Elly's - Carnegie

This restaurant has consistently served incredible food, but in recent months, the flavors have reached new heights! I can't decide which dish is the best—the wings, the Cuban sandwich, or the pulled pork. You really have to try Elly's for yourself to understand what I mean!

The experience was decent, with generous portion sizes. However, it was quite cold in the back area. Unfortunately, there was no kids’ menu, which was disappointing.

I've been ordering the wings with just one dry rub for several years. My wife usually gets the full-price wings during the various happy hour and daily specials. However, instead of the sriracha-ranch dry rub, which is one of the two options (the other being Cajun), we received wings with a very sweet seasoning. We asked the staff about this mix-up, but unfortunately, they didn't have an explanation. We considered sending the wings back, but after waiting a long time for our food, we decided to just add atomic sauce to make them more enjoyable.

Really great food for a small bar. Service is good, enough TV’s, and occasional live entertainment. We’ve been here a few times now and will continue to come back!
