Kfc - Carmel

Once again, this restaurant impresses me, and the staff behind the counter are fantastic! They always ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful experience. They offer a buffet from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and if you haven't tried a KFC buffet yet, do yourself a favor and come for lunch to check it out. The food is consistently good and has never let me down. Great job, everyone!

A complete overhaul of the management and a total turnover of staff have made this KFC significantly better. I had previously given a very negative review, but any issues I've raised have either been resolved or are currently being addressed. The newly introduced buffet offers a wide variety of options and appears to be consistently fresh. The staff even seem more eager to serve items that are usually not available, like grilled chicken. The restaurant itself is relatively clean. While the tables can be a bit crumbly or greasy during busy times—something that’s not uncommon in restaurants during peak hours, with McDonald's being a possible exception—it's still manageable. The staff here are fantastic; they are both competent and friendly, which is a huge improvement over the previous management. Overall, I'm really pleased to have one of my favorite spots back for a quick meal.
