Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Manager is a condescending human to customers and the staff can’t take orders. And once they do get the orders they can’t seem to get them to you for 40 minutes and then it comes out incorrect! The manager then proceeds to tell me I’m wrong even though it’s directly on the ticket. Doesn’t apologize to me after dropping the bag of food from 2 feet onto the counter haha! Whoa buddy! It’s fast food not getting dumped at prom! Bad experience

First time at Freddy's. Like a cross between Steak and Shake and 5 Guys. Good burger. Good fries. Good concrete.

Freddy’s is Steak N shake but good, fast, and clean. Staff is friendly. Food is amazing. Custard is great! Fantastic!

Always pretty clean, good burgers, and the custard is to-die-for. Staff is always very busy, but has never been rude.

Ordered online and when we went through the drive-through, we were told we have to come inside. Got out of the car and went inside just so the guy could hand me a bag across the counter. Order was already paid for.
