Bae Latin Food - Carmel

I have visited BAE multiple times and each time I have tried something new. The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional. During my most recent visit, I tried the Tacolano which consisted of four tacos - one shrimp, one chicken, one pork belly, and one steak. I also ordered a side of yuca fries (the best I have ever had) and sweet plantains. The portion sizes were generous and I ended up with leftovers for a late-night snack. The bill was for two people and included drinks and additional side dishes. BAE has become one of my favorite spots, especially after a successful family gathering where we ordered appetizers from the restaurant and it was a big hit.

Really great food. Everything I?ve tried on the menu is delicious but my favorite thing so far is the fried plantains. They are delicious. I ordered take away last time I visited and this place was about an 18 minute drive from where I was working thatday. The food stayed hot on the trip and tasted great.

This is my first time trying it, and it was 10/10! I placed an online order which was super easy to use and my food was ready on time!! They have a $10 lunch that includes a drink, I can?t wait to go back! Super flavorful ????

I tried the pork Pepito sandwich and it was fantastic! The bae sauce was tangy and delicious, and the addition of potato sticks gave it a nice crunch. I will definitely be craving that sandwich. My only problem now is deciding whether to order it again next time or try something different. Everything on the menu looks incredible.

We absolutely adore Bae Latin and visit regularly, typically once a week. I always go for the vegan bowl, while my partner enjoys exploring their wide-ranging menu and trying something different each visit. With a wide variety of flavors, there's something for everyone here. The exceptional customer service and delicious food make this restaurant a true hidden gem.
