Cheap and good. Fast, cheap homemade mexican food, just steps from the beach.
I could not have possibly have been at Cessy's in Carlsbad Village yesterday, as Facebook suggests. The Food Police (wife) does not allow it. However, if I were there, I would be able to tell you that they have the best California Burrito in San Diego County.
Been going hete since a kid i love this place!Best Mexican food ive ever had,try the beef burrito plate!
We were in town for a week and ate here twice. Both times were fantastic.
