Warwick Fish And Chip - Carlisle

I recently ordered a large fish and chips along with a large single fish. However, when the order arrived, the chips were cold and the single fish turned out to be a sausage supper. I called to have the mistake rectified, but was told I would be charged 4.80 for a replacement fish. After a frustrating discussion and getting nowhere, I informed them that I would not be returning to the restaurant.

My order was incorrect twice and took a long time to be delivered. The fries were very greasy and unappetizing, and the manager had a bad attitude. I had a terrible experience and will not be returning.

The food was not good. Our order was incorrect twice, and we had to go to the restaurant to pick up the correct order. This was a disappointing experience for a takeout service. We will not be returning.

Awful!!waited an hour and my pizza was wrong,phoned up and was told they would send the correct pizza in 15-20 mins, an hour later it arrived and was wrong again,phoned up and was basically called a liar by the manager, chips were very greasy and mushy aswell! Very expensive food when the quality is that bad!won't be back.

Shocking service! Waited over hour for burger and chips ! Rang 5 times to say that I have not received it yet ! They told me each time it was on its way! Again I rang after hour and a half to say they were going to make me a fresh one ! That never happened either ! So I’ve asked for a refund! Wonder if I will get that ! Even sent me a email to ask how my meal was! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff and Manager! Who could only talk over me on the phone !
