What a wonderful warm and friendly place the food was amazing and the staff were so friendly, I can't recomend highly enough, ps and the wine was wonderful

We had a wonderful Sunday lunch here with our toddler and extended family. It’s really close to talkin tarn which is a lovely country park for walks with kids. The Duke of Cumberland was welcoming and cosy with great menu choice, delicious food and reasonably priced. Will definitely be visiting again!

We have just returned from a fantastic meal here with our daughters and family. The service was excellent off Sophie, Lucy and the other staff members. The food was tremendous, especially the steak pie. Would highly recommend! 10/10 all round.. we will return for sure.. thanks again for an amazing meal.

The Duke of cumberland is just amazing. The friendly staff, the decor, the food, the atmosphere, the music, Dog friendly, I could go on and on. Everything is just perfect Wished it was my local.... thankyou. Love the place. Xx

We were staying in the area and popped in to book a table for Sunday dinner, the staff were all really friendly and nice and the place had a lovely ambience to it. I usually like roast beef but unfortunately it had sold out so opted for the pork and all the trimmings. All very tasty and enjoyable. Really happy they were able to offer alternative zero alcohol drinks instead of the usual soft drinks, I had the gin which made a nice change. Would definitely recommend it here and would return if in the area.
