A VERY generous 2*. How this place has got 4.4* average is beyond me. The (I assume) owner is beyond rude. Been 5 times, never been any better than contemptuous. Was willing to forgive the abruptness and decidedly average food as it 's the 'right ' side of town to be convenient but I 'll never spend another penny there. And what self respecting Chinese doesn 't do Lemon Chicken? Lemon Chicken!? Lemon Chicken!? Every Chinese in the land does it.
Worst ever Chinese I have had asked for the chicken well done and it was pink the staff don’t interact very well the customers at all I think it might have been because it was near to closing time , bad experience and a total waist of money I would avoid this place in future
We have used this chip shop for many years but find the Chinese co-owner to be very rude. Everything is a problem to her and I have yet to get a please or thank you off her whereas George can’t do enough for his customers and is always very polite and pleasant. My order tonight wasn’t to the standards I expect from there and when I rang and told her I wasn’t happy she replied with “if your not happy go elsewhere”, not very professional at all!!
As someone with Celiac disease, I strictly adhere to my gluten-free diet, and I found Chung's to be incredibly accommodating. They offer outstanding gluten-free meals, and the staff is always willing to help. The service is first-class, and I felt completely at ease enjoying my meal. Highly recommend! - Styria
