Pizza Hut - Carencro

Don't know what's going on if it's new management or no management. Our pizza was cold and they forgot our wings which the guy went back to get them and they were luckily hot but it was microwave hot tou know hpt on the outside cold in the middle whathappened to our pizza it also wasn't cut. This is pizza not rocket science folks

September 2022 Edit: I used to love pizza hut don't get me wrong, I enjoy pizza as much as everyone else does. It could be just this specific location but pizza hut's taste quality has gone severely downhill. It has nothing to do with the staff or any ofthe sides that you can order, it's the actual pizza itself. I don't know any other way to describe it, but it just does nottaste good. Over time this pizza hut's pizza just started tasting worse and worse. The pies are always fresh and hot butwhenever I go to eat it I sometimes don't want to finish it because it just does not taste good. When this location was firstbuilt I went there and it tasted great, but as time went on I would go there months later and have a completely differentexperience.

Never again! I ordered boneless wings with Honey BBQ, and they didn't include any Honey BBQ sauce. I also ordered a box of jalapeños and pepperoni with extra cheese, but I just got extra sauce and only jalapeños. Absolutely never again!

I really like this Pizza Hut; they provide exceptional service and delicious pizza. I live on the south side of the city, and I'm planning to make this location my preferred choice for pizza.

Terrible service! There were cancellations with no prior notice. The staff appeared unprofessional and indifferent.
