Give 5 stars for good taste, serving and fast service. Person who served us was very professional with a friendly approach. They had problems with the card payment machine, so I recommended them to get one with mobile/app or web access as I had to wait a good 7 strange minutes to be able to pay while I was in a hurry. However, the CS person was very apologetic.

I ordered the food of Saray Express Turkish take in Cardiff and I was very impressed with their service and quality. The food arrived on time, hot and fresh, and it was delicious. I had the mixed grill that came with lambskin, chickenshake, lambskin, chickens, rice, salad and bread. The meat was tender and juicy, the rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the salad was crisp and refreshing. The bread was baked at home and soft, perfect for diving in the hummus and tzatziki. The portions were generous and satisfying. I also tried the falafels, which were crispy outside and moist inside, served with a brownish sauce. Prices were appropriate for the quantity and quality of food. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a free baklava for dessert. It was a sweet and fluffy treat that ended my meal on a high note. I would recommend Saray Express to anyone who loves Turkish food or wants to try something new. They have a variety of dishes that match different tastes and preferences, from vegetarian to seafood to vegan. You also have a website where you can order online easily and conveniently. Sara Express is one of the best takeaways in Cardiff and I can't wait to order them again.

We ordered the sampler for two, and there was an incredible amount of food! The portions are truly massive. The meat was incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone. The service was good, but oddly enough, my personal favorite was the bread. It was so soft and fluffy, especially when paired with the dips!

The customer service was exceptional, and the food quality was outstanding. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma, and it was delicious, tasting as if it were made at home. At the end of our meal, they treated us to complimentary dessert and tea. I would highly recommend this restaurant—you won’t be disappointed!

The food is consistently good here. It's a great spot for a late lunch, but it's unfortunate that they don't open until 2 PM. The restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the chef demonstrates good food handling practices. The dishes are served hot, flavorful, and exactly as requested.
