Domino's Pizza Cardiff Rumney Hill

I went to pick up my food at the restaurant and they told me they didn't have regular coke, so I ended up getting cherry coke. I don't like cherry, but I decided to give it to my family. They also gave me the wrong pizza, so I called them and they said they would deliver the correct one in 20 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, I had to call them again only to find out that the driver had forgotten my pizza in his bag and had taken it back to the restaurant. They asked if I wanted a new one made. This was the third issue I had encountered and I had been waiting for over 60 minutes. The person on the phone seemed clueless and I have lost all trust in this place. I no longer want to order food from here because I'm concerned about the quality. It's unfortunate that I can't trust this restaurant or the employees, especially when they are dishonest to their customers.

This restaurant review is appalling! There was no flavor in the food except for the tomato sauce. It seems like this place is not taking their customers seriously. If Dominos Pizza is only focused on making money and doesn't care about the customers anymore, that is completely unacceptable. I hope they don't last long in the area. They need someone to examine their practices.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered online and called to make sure there would be cheese sauce in the double decadence base, and was told there would be. However, when my order arrived, there was no cheese sauce in the base as promised. The pizza had an overwhelming amount of tomato sauce, making it impossible to taste anything else. The chicken wings were also soggy. I used to order from this Domino's location frequently, but after this disappointing experience, I will not be ordering from here again.

Why do I need a Gallon of tomato sauce on my pizzas, and then huge chunks of tomato all over it? There is so much tomato sauce on the pizza it is inedible the toppings slip off when you pick it up, other Domino's don't flood their pizza with the stuff so cant understand why Rumney need to?. Will leave it 6 months now before I forget how bad Domino's are and reorder!

This is normally a good place that has improved. However on ordering they didn't listen to the order and completely messed it up. I ordered a pizza with bbq sauce with sausage on it amongst other toppings and got a tomato base with ham and bacon which i didn't order. I ended up eating it as I didn't want to phone again and end up waiting another half hour for it to be delivered. Disappointing that this place doesn't have staff that listen to the orders.
