Bill's Restaurant Bar Cardiff Bay

The bill arrived about 10 minutes early, but that wasn’t an issue at all. The food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. The portions didn’t look overwhelming, but they were quite filling. My friend and I both had the chicken dish "two gone." My friend indulged in dessert, having the chocolate brownie with ice cream three times! I chose the flowerpot cheesecake, which was also edible and delightful. I would definitely order it again. We both enjoyed a Coke and had a latte to drink. They accept the Blue Light Card; just make sure to get your code before you visit so everything is ready for payment. Our total came to £25 each. I’m planning to return in May with my granddaughter.

The restaurant had numerous paintings, but the atmosphere felt rushed and uncomfortable. I was pressured to make a quick decision when ordering. In fact, the main course arrived just five minutes before the starter and drinks. It was very loud, with people constantly crowding around. What could have been an enjoyable experience turned out to feel like a fast-food meal—one that McDonald's would be proud of for its speed of service.

The staff is friendly and professional, and the food is good (not outstanding, but quite nice). The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere!
