フィードバックを提供するThe food was outstanding! I had made a reservation and mentioned that it was a special occasion—my wife's birthday—and requested a window table. However, when we arrived and checked in, the hostess simply asked if I had a reservation. After confirming my name, she told us to have a seat and that we would be seated soon, but there was no acknowledgment of the birthday celebration or our window table request. While we enjoyed our dinner, it felt like something was missing in terms of the personal touch we were hoping for. I didn’t expect to have to remind anyone of our special occasion.
We visited during "restaurant week" and it was a fantastic experience. We tried dishes that were different from our usual choices, and everything was delicious! My husband ordered the seafood pasta while I had the lamb chops—both were exceptional. Additionally, the service was excellent.
The menu at the restaurant was completely different and of lower quality than what was advertised during San Diego Restaurant Week. When I asked the server about it, they couldn't provide any explanation. Given the slow service in addition to the disappointing meal, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
We had a wonderful lunch at an ocean view table by the window and our waiter Jared) was great. The food was perfect and the restaurant is always nice and quiet for lunch. So it is a good choice for a special lunch out with friends.
