Tequilas - Carbondale

I got the Nachos locos with sides of Cilantro and Pico De Gallo added on top at the restaurant. Overall I love the Nachos Locos very much. The tangy of the pico with the bit of spice from the jalapeños pair very well together. The shrimp are huge which I personally like. Theres a decent ratio of steak to chicken. The only few things I would say, is that I would personally like if the jalapeños were cut a little smaller rather than decently sized round pieces. Another thing is that the cheese on my most recent nachos wasnt fully melted. There was a small chunk. One more thing is that the meats and shrimp were a tad bit bland. No where near enough for me to make a complaint but enough for me to notice if I were to take a bite of it by itself rather than with the other toppings. Overall this Nacho is a great pick if you like different kinds of meats and I highly recommend you add the cilantro and pic de gallo on top.

Burrito Fajitas was very good and tasted fresh. Peppers were crunchy so thats how I knew they were fresh! Very good

This was my first time eating here. I learned about this place by picking up doordash orders there. I been wanting to eat there and this place was NOT a disappointment.

Fajita Quesadilla with Xtra/Add Grill Veggies are great and I love the Fried Ice Cream

I get the enchilada supremas and rice every time I order because you cannot go wrong with this dish. Absolutely delicious every single time.
