フィードバックを提供するWhat an awesome place! The museum aspect of it was awesome and the food was so good. Definitely recommend the aged steak and/or the prime rib. If you like a good mule cocktail the lonestar came with fresh candied ginger. We will be thinking about this meal when we get back to the east coast. Thank you Cody for your excellent service as well as education about the history of SaddleRidge
The restaurant itself is EXCEPTIONAL. Getting to it is as difficult as it gets. It is worth the trouble. But clarity in directions should be better.
Not really sure what all of the hoopla is about. The steaks were fine but nothing outstanding. Ordered one rare and it came out at least medium. The buffalo prime rib was good. Did not care for the elk loin but that could easily be individual preference. All in all I didn’t feel it to be either cozy or grande. An odd mix that left all of us feeling like we were supposed to be getting a warm and hearty meal but were left feeling like the space didn’t cultivate a good vibe and the food was lack luster, especially given those prices. Nothing special. Very much preferred Beano’s Cabin or Splendido.
Majority of group had overcooked meat. Other than that, quality was very good.
Lovely lunch, incredible combination of top shelf restaurant and museum.
