フィードバックを提供する[My suggestion is make a reservation if you want better service. The food is good, with no frills or extras, but we will wait a little longer before we go back and give them time to get the kinks out]. Heres why: Went to Kat 's Krab n go for my birthday, just to find the door was locked. My husband called them, and they said you need a reservation. NOWHERE is it listed that you need a reservation; not on their Facebook page or online. They let us in, thankfully, but said it was 'inconvenient ' since they had no waitress for our table. (There was only ONE gentleman at a table, and later one couple with a child, who came in to be served. So apparently 5 people are TOO many). We were seated, and served a nice carafe of iced water. The food was good, but messy. We used lots of paper towels. When we were checking out, the waitress asked how was it ? I replied very good, but extremely messy she said that 's what the gloves and bibs are for. We replied we weren 't given any . oh, she says you should 've been . Well, duh.
We have been here for over an hr. Did not order apps., only ordered 1 lb of crab and 1/2 lb of shrimp and still waiting for our food. Will not be returning.
What can I say coming from someone the east coast, the food was very good. Only the shrimp wasn't as I expected. But, Kat and her small team made the environment and experience really nice and cozy. Food was delicious...
Amazing food! Great prices! I got the boom boom shrimp for a appetizer and the lobster boil 10/10 definitely recommend!
Best seafood I have had in town. All of what my group ordered when we ate there was amazing, experienced great service and Kat and her staff truly cared about putting care into each dish. Will definitely be going back in the future
