Cristaudo's - Carbondale

Happy client ever. I've chosen a vegan cupcake, a key cheesecake bar, a mango Bavarian donut and a Blueberry boo bar. 10/10.

This is a local company to support! The people in Cristaudos always do their part to help others both globally and locally. Besides all the good work they do for the community, their food is amazing! Whether you are looking for breakfast or lunch, you will find something outstanding here. Personal favorites are cooking salad, breakfast Burrito, egg between sandwiches, chicken salad and ANY of their soups and specialties are top notches. The bakery offers classic stacks, such as decorative sugar cookies (or the classic pink cookie) chocolate chip, peanut butter and a wide selection of others. Not to mention quiche, cheesecake, brownies, cream horns, boo-boo bars that you should not miss and macarons! Do not overlook this Carbondale classic.

We chose Cristaudo for our dessert bar and they exceeded our expectations. They were always prompt in answering our questions either by email or phone. The tasting experience was relaxing and the desserts were delicious. As our wedding day approached, we finalized the details and received a quote that was just right. The desserts were delivered on time and our guests were happy with their choice. We couldn't have asked for a better company to help us celebrate our big day.

I absolutely love Cristaudos! The original pink sugar cookie is unbeatable. The new menu is also delicious, and the veggie chili is divine, especially after Margie.

Their bakery, coffee, and sandwiches are all fantastic. I decided to try the farmer's plate, which came with eggs, fried potatoes, and a choice of meat. Unfortunately, the potatoes were not seasoned at all this time. However, in the past they have been delicious when seasoned. It is important for any establishment to consistently maintain high product quality.
