Chili's Grill - Capitola

What is wrong with this place? They make you wait forever, get your order wrong even after you tell them your food allergies, and they charge you wrong too. We've had to get a supervisor over multiple times in a visit before to correct things. Worst of all THE BATHROOMS. They are the grossest bathrooms in town except for the ones you'd find downtown in the parking garages where homeless people sleep. These bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned since 1998. Is everyone here lacking in knowledge of how to run a restaurant, or is it that nobody smart would take on this job?

Worst food in town and dirty kitchen! Over the years this place has dealt with bad food and sanitation. However, the staff here is always amazing and so welcoming.

After 45 minutes of waiting after placing our order and several excuses as to why it’s taking so long. The manager came over to offer up yet another excuse. None of them matched each other’s. We watched other tables get served. They were seated way after us. Waitress tried to throw the kitchen under the bus when in fact she forgot to place our order. Instead of telling the truth she pointed fingers to others. Really bad service all around

The last 3 times we've gone here as a family something always lacks. Sometimes half the place is empty, but they can't seat us. Other times our orders are wrong or the food comes out cold. This time, I tried to Uber Eats their food, after 25 min, they canceled my order saying they couldn't get to it.I am surprised a chain restaurant like this has such low standards for service. This is the nail in the coffin, never again, if everything is perfect it's worth the wait and money, they no longer can deliver.

Lunch time was crunch time with one server at the bar. either bad day for someone calling in sick. who knows, various things happens. I ordered the half slab of dry rub ribs. it's good. should have done sauce but nothing got me food poisoning. just the service was slow and I happened to go in on the bad times
