Off The Gluten Path - Cape Town

The first time you checked this place. we ordered a full-day brekkie, which was very bright, including the broth “Brötchen”. Now we're testing the cheesecake and the mandel flour cake.

I love love love this little shop!! Can’t recommend it enough for anyone who can’t eat gluten. I had the first croissant in 7 years here and it was oh so delicious!! Everything is gluten free and prepped that day. Along with the shop there is a little cafe where you can purchase freshly baked gluten free goodies, definitely worth a visit if you in the area!

This is a completely gluten-free, celiac friendly facility with an in-house gluten-free bakery and is run by two celiacs.

I had a chicken avocado and mayo sandwich on a spinach roll, and it was the best sandwich I’ve had since going gluten-free!
