Greenhouse, Constantia - Cape Town

Amazing experience from the beginning to the end, and a restaurant that I 'd say helps puts Cape Town on the global culinary map. The food was presented like artwork, the flavours and textures were exciting and created anticipation for each successive course. The use of non-standard methods such as grantia being made with liquid nitrogen at the dining table and a flask of ponzu being heated at the table waiting to be poured over the soon-to-arrive dish added to the experience. The staff are very professional but warm and approachable, and the venue was charming making it a great place for a special occasion. Definitely worth a visit to see what creations they can come up with.

During my first visit to Greenhouse in Cape Town, I had a fantastic experience. The food was of excellent quality, with unique flavors and stunning presentations. Our server, Zack, was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. Donavan took care of our wine pairings and provided great explanations. All the staff were attentive and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place; it will not disappoint. I can't wait to return on my next visit!

Fantastic! The service is truly unparalleled, surpassing even top competitors like La Colombe and Test Kitchen. This restaurant undoubtedly deserves at least two Michelin stars. "Impressive" doesn't quite capture the flawless culinary experience; the staff works together as a fantastic team. The food is delicate, beautifully balanced, and offers a wonderful complexity of flavors. In particular, the game (ostrich) and Surfer Chow (fish) were outstanding and should not be overlooked. The cocktails are also excellent. If you enjoy La Colombe, Test Kitchen, or Belly of the Beast, this place is a must-visit!

I've been visiting the Greenhouse for 10 years, and I was excited to return with fond memories. However, within just the first five minutes, I noticed a change. They are still as exceptional as ever, and I was not disappointed. It's truly one of the best dining experiences you can enjoy in South Africa.

That was an amazing experience! all about it was excellent to eat, wine, service and ambiente. I took my mother and brother here as a late birthday party and it was worth every cent, many thanks for an amazing afternoon. take the time to walk through the gardens before or after their meal, absolutely beautiful.
