フィードバックを提供するI would give this place negative stars if I could. I ordered mobile by the app when I was very sick with kovid for my family. I went through the way to the window and was told that I couldn't pick up my food and that if I wanted it, I would have to go around. there was a series of cars behind me that they had already paid for my job and were rejected. then I wondered if I could pick up my order inside. I said the dining room was closed. the dining room had closed 2 minutes before. the cashier then acted as if she returned my order and gave me an entry with an order number. I was told that the medium would go back to my account within 7 10 working days. Nothing. I then called the place and was told I had to go through the app. I called the customer service through the app and waited for waiting for over 2 hours only to talk to a repressor who told me that the manager had to be at this place the one to do this return. I was told that the manager at this place gave me a call and never heard of her. not everyone is out of money. I was robbed 25. I'll never eat at this place again. bad customer service I've ever had. I haven't eaten with a wendy since.
Always growing up enjoyed Wendy's as the best Fast food burgers fries.. Not here ..Worst Meal ever soda machine not working.recieved cold burger with cheese not even melted ketchup tasted Spoiled sour also no napkins at station.. A Total disappointment that I had to ask for my money back for 1st time ever... Definately the worst Wendy's I ever had
Might as well just SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. The management and staff are going to run this place straight into the ground! They aren’t worried about the customers at all… They seem to invite their friends inside and pay attention to them rather than anyone in the drive through. Which is crazy because the inside is supposed to be closed… I sat in line for about 10 minutes and then at the speaker for about 25 minutes while I was told to “hold on” twice and then ignored. I lost count of how many people behind me just drove away. When I finally drove off there wasn’t even anyone in front of me waiting for food… I hope they tear this place down and build a Chick Fil A
This place is consistently understaffed. I honestly feel bad for the workers because it's not their fault. I'm currently sitting in line and it's been a half an hour. I ordered online and my food is sitting right there inside but they don't offer in door dining so I can't get it. And the 5 cars in front of me are all parked waiting for food. This is the second and last time I'll come to this terribly managed restaurant.
I placed an order through the Wendy's app today for delivery to my place of work. I was missing several items from the order. I called the store and they immediately told me to contact Doordash. So I did. Doordash told me since I made the order through the app, it was the merchants fault. She contacted them for me, and when doing so, they said they couldn't hear her so I decided to contact them myself. After an hour of calling them and getting a busy signal pretty sure their phone was off the hook I finally called the McGregor Blvd location since it is right by my store and they gladly fixed the issue of missing nuggets. Horrible customer service and I will avoid that store at all costs.
