Starbucks Coffee - Cape Coral

Julie at this place made my day! that is my diet, since it opened, it is about the corner of my house, but today was the day that julie went beyond and beyond. Thank you for making my day.

They do a great job getting you in and out. Most are friendly and outgoing

I was helping a friend do some work and he asked if I would like coffee. I said yes and he stopped here. I don't like Starbucks prices, their coffee, or their corporate politics. Therefore I never go here on my own. He asked what I world like and I told him something sweet, full of dairy, and decedent. What I got was a plastic glass full of some sort of dairy and crumbled up cookies and a touch of coffee. It wasn't bad but it certainly didn't remind me of a good cup of coffee.

Ordered a pink drink for my son. Got home and he tells me that's not a pink drink that's a watered down strawberry azai. Have been trying to call the store for 30 minutes no answer. Customer service isn't what it used to be any more.

I placed an order in cafe for an entire wedding party and this Starbucks location was fantastic!Camren was cheerful, polite, and attentive and Sarah had excellent recommendations for local cuisine. The store manager jumped right in on the bar to help make our drinks you can really tell that this is a solid team!As others have stated this cafe was also very clean when I visited. Definitely a great cafe with a great atmosphere for travelers who need a place to recharge or get some work done on the move.
