Kfc - Cape Coral

KFC IS KFC. Not so good. We all know the bodies are broken. Like everyone else on RUSH HOURS.

Everything was messed up from the start. Drive thru speaker is so close to the main road that you can't hear anything and you have to yell. Food was wrong when we received it. Took 30 minutes to get everything correct. Several people ahead of us got the wrong orders. The manager was really nice and new to this location.

I'm more of a Popeyes girl myself. That being said my opinion may be biased, but KFC has really went downhill. You never get fresh chicken and if you do you have to wait half an hour for it. Service is always very slow. I do love me some KFC biscuits and Mac and cheese though. This specific location is cleaner than most I've been to. I give it 3 ? because to me it's just average. Sorry not sorry. ?

I get food from there 2 weeks ago, i get the $30 fill up meal deal. Its supposed to come with 1/2 gallon drink of choice, 2 cookies, 2 mashed potatoes 2 gravy, slaw, 4 biscuits and chicken. Well, not even close to closing time and they ran out of biscuits so they offer more cookies, thats fine.. if you would have actually have given me my original cookies and the ones promised. The chicken's breading was all off or barely on when i asked for crispy. The gravy was spilled all over the bowls and out of them!! I've had issues before, but not this extreme!!!

The staff couldn't understand me at the drive thru so they had me pull up to the pickup window and took my order from there. Very polite and friendly. They got my order done no problem. Thanks much for the great service and kindness!
