Laura Cucina Pizza - Capaccio

Delicious food and very friendly service made us come back multiple times. Recommendation for anyone near Paestum Laura Capaccio!

We had hoped to get a seafood lunch on the beach but being October all the beach front restaurants were closed. Caffe Laura did not look like the place we were searching for as it was by a main road but we were welcomed in by the waiter and when we read the menu we were delighted. Lots of pasta/ seafood dishes. The food was excellent and service was great.

We had visited Paestum and were on the way to Sorrento when our stomachs told us to stop here for a lunch break. Were we happy that we listened!! It started with having troubles to decide what we wanted because the menu is so interesting and you want to try everything. In the end we decided to do kind of a tapas meal and ordered 4 appetisers. We were thinking about the bruschetta too but the restaurant served that complimentary. We decided on the smoked fish, tuna tartare, eggplant with mozzarella and as always caprici. Everything was just great. Lots of flavour and the service was wonderful too. We got very happily on our merry way to Sorrento and it won’t be easy for the chefs in Sorrento to give Laura a run for her money.

Ristorante abbastanza recente, ben tenuto e con posti sia in esterno che all'interno. Buona scelta di piatti. Abbiamo mangiato spesso pesce e i nostri amici pizza. Tutto molto buono. Disponibili vari tipi di birra. Buona lista dei vini.

In una serata strana dicembre) non è scontato trovare dove cenare perdi più in una zona turistica prevalentemente estiva. Trovato Laura e ne siamo stati felici per qualità eccellente delle materie prime, per il servizio attento, professionale e gentilissimo, per l’ambiente chic ma caldo (non sempre l’uno esclude l’altro). Abbiamo cenato alla carta ma è presente una bella offerta di pizze gourmet, le abbiamo viste passare e l’aspettò era stupendo. Carta vini snella, con offerte del territorio ad ottimi prezzi e proposte sia straniere che italiane. Se potessi dare un consiglio amplierei la scelta delle bollicine visto l’aumento degli estimatori ma è solo una piccolissima osservazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.
