フィードバックを提供するVery disappointed in the customer service. Went through the drive thru. Gave my order and rolled up to the window. I was completely ignored. I sat there as the employees tried to look busy and avoid talking to me. Then, when my order was ready, the cashier's first words to me were how much I owe. No hello? or How's your day been? A robot is more friendly than the staff. Robots at Fred Meyer say thank you, a parking pay machine says Have a nice day. Its sad when robots are more human than humans.As for the food, it was decent and unexpectantly filling. Its cheap and you get what you paid for. Great for a quick bite. The fries lose their heat quickly so eat them fast!
Very impolite and uncivilized staff, when they want to close the restaurant, without putting a sign in a visible place, the door did not work for 10 days, they do not put inscriptions with the names of the customers on the food for delivery, when they put the label it is with an incomplete name!!!
The food is just your average fast food quality, so it 's nothing extraordinary. We had ordered our dinner for carry out since the drive-thru lines are usually long and slow moving. However, the staff decided to close the dining room (at 6pm). We could see our order sitting on the pick-up shelf, but the staff signaled that we had to get into the drive- thru line in order to get the food that was within arms reach.We ended up having to wait in the drive-thru line for at least 30 minutes. We asked the staff member when the dining room is usually closed, for future reference, and received an incredibly unsatisfactory answer- I don 't know, around 6 or 7? Something like that. The staff should be consistent with their dining room closing times, rather than picking and choosing to close it at their own discretion. The website also indicates that the restaurant hours are from 9a-10p, which is clearly very far off from this chosen 6pm closing time.We had a hungry child in the backseat, but he was subjected to this ridiculous situation because the staff couldn 't open the door to give us the food that we had ordered nearly 45 minutes before.The food was ready to go. The food was withheld for no good reason. The food was soggy after sitting on the shelf for all that time. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I 've been going to this Wendy 's for almost 10 years. This current crew is laughably unprofessional. Because of my last encounter, I will NEVER patronize this Wendy 's again.I ordered a Double to-go. I was given my order, WITHOUT A RECEIPT. I decided to eat-in. Usually get a single so it didn 't dawn on me that the burger was wrong until I 'd eaten about 1/3. I brought it to the counter. Told the person I 'd ordered a double and received a single. Instead of an empathetic response and providing the service I 'm used to, she had the GAUL to say, You ate almost half of it. My response was, AND! She dismissively turned away. That 's the point where I started demanding names. When I asked for the original servers name, his response was, Why do you need my name. I didn 't do anything. I said, You took my order and gave me my order, RIGHT?! Crickets. I find out when the rude person who implied I was doing something nefarious comes back with a Double that SHE is the manger!!! Her name begins with W but I don 't recall when it is. There were no fewer the 5 people standing around doing NOTHING but giggling amongst themselves like jr. high school girls.This Wendy 's has gone to hell and looks like it will NOT be coming back. Neither will I. GOOD RIDDANCE!
