Everything was great, but our carhop really fought to take orders, collect payment and bring orders. We were on the terrace... some of us could pay on the screen, some of us had to give cards to the carhop, some ordered over the intercom, the carhop came out and took some orders on paper, they hit their head out of the door to get other orders. There were only six of us. Some orders came fast. Others not so much (also only beverage orders). It was a strange experience.
What can I say. I love pickles and had to try their new burger. The big dill burger. It was scrumptious but I feel like it was small. With a name like that and all the hype I think it should be a double.
I waited an eternity—almost double the original wait time—only to receive everything cold! I was also missing one of my three Cinnabon pieces, which was really disappointing, especially since the ones I did get were half the usual size, and I didn’t even get my frosting! On top of that, there was no straw for my drink, and the fries were only half full. It was a terrible experience overall!
I just wanted to express my gratitude to the (Shiep Guide/Engagement Manager) for turning what started as a really rough day for me into a much better one. I rushed out without my wallet and went through the drive-thru, but I didn't have any money for my drink. She noticed I was having a tough time and insisted on helping me out! I promised to come back and pay, and when I returned two hours later, she kindly refused my payment, so I left her a $5 tip instead.
