Mabel's Cafe - Canyon City

My only complaints were that her card reader wasn't working, so we had to agree to pay for our meal later. Fortunately, we live nearby, so it wasn't a major issue, but it was still a bit awkward. Additionally, the café’s hours are somewhat inconvenient; it seems like they’re often closed when we want to go. Sundays would likely be their busiest day if they stayed open, and they have menu items that could definitely use a more extended serving time, preferably until around 6 PM. The food is truly outstanding, but the restaurant area (as opposed to the bakery side) could use some improvement in terms of decor. It felt more like a vintage burger joint rather than the unique and hip atmosphere that their menu deserves. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be returning!
