フィードバックを提供するWent to visit a family member at the new cancer center treatment and it was by far the worse subway experience I have encountered! From the customer service to the quality of food. Who puts full cheese cucumbers and tomatoes on a salad? Then when I asked them to cut it I was told I had to wait for a fresh knife to chop veggies NEVER AGAIN
Online and the sign on subway says open 9am-9pm I came at 7:45 PM and it was closed
If zero stars was an option you bet your behind y'all would get it . Ordered from here just to have my order cancelled with no notification. Then tried to call to find out why it was cancelled only for NO ONE to pick up the dang phone in the store nor with customer service. Absolutely ridiculous
They do not answer the phone called 5 times and nothing!!!
REALLY depends on who is working... there's an older guy that has worked there for years. Literally one of the nicest people. Always does a fantastic job. Toaster was down today and I had received very cold sandwiches. (online order) He didn't get an attitude whenever I brought it back. He remade them and heated the meat and melted the cheese. Toasters are a fairly recent addition to subway and this guy knew exactly what to do to still provide a hot sandwich. He's truly an asset to Subway and should be given a raise. He's always doing a great job.
