Pizza Oven - Canton

I ordered a pizza on Friday at 4 o'clock to avoid any rush. The person who took my order did not seem to understand English. I requested a medium-sized pizza with a thin crust, but it was delivered quickly and undercooked. The crust was so thin that it was difficult to pick up a slice without everything falling off. I tried baking it the next night, but it still did not improve. I also ordered extra pepperoni, which I did not receive. The crust was filled with cheese that I did not like. Perhaps if the person taking my order was not preoccupied with noisy children, they could have gotten the order right.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. They messed up my order and won't answer the phone when I try to fix it. It's frustrating that they can't even handle something as basic as answering a phone. I had high hopes for this place, but I can't even write a proper review because of their incompetence.

They were fantastic! I made an error but they corrected it without any issues! Excellent customer service!

Last night ordered a pizza for the son who loves papa johns. xl double cheese. forgot to house definitiw not extra cheese and there were air pockets in each piece. he was so upset and we are recovering from disease and simply not fighting energy. very disappointed.

Couldn't get them to answer the phone,I had to go there to order it and was not good pizza.
