Chick-fil-a - Canton

The food was good, but the service was bad. accidentally ordered the combo meal and changed my mind. I mentioned something to the casser and she only asked me what I wanted to eat for mine, twice. So I kept the combo. my partner wanted a ranch package a few minutes after eating and went into the register only for 3-4 minutes to be ignored and even say “Excuse me” to a particular employee and she also ignores them. I then came to the register to say apologise to them that I will only be ignored by the same hired. then sat there for 2-3 minutes while the workers looked at me before I spoke my own to say what I needed.

Lately when I’ve came here the service has been very slow and horrid. With THREE CARS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. The workers that take your order have a nasty attitude through the drive-through. Then when you pull up to the window they are making you wait while they are carrying on conversations and screwing around. What happened Chick-fil-A? Your customers used to be your main priority but now I feel like it’s a new group of young kids and their work ethic is not there.

Always great food, and always nice people. Even found some kind people while in line. Line always seems long but they work hard to make sure it moves fast.Food: 5/5
