フィードバックを提供するThe last four times I stopped at this boston market, they were from what I ordered. I don't even order the same meal each time. I am sure the only reason why this situation remains in business is because it is not another situation close. I should add that I do not even stop in the near closing time. for the answer to the owner: provider supply problems? I spoke of eating, not of their container. I think their food vendors are distributed in the usa, not from the country that causes supply chain problems. I think the real problem is with their planning and inventory, you just need to be better. they have been there for a while. they need a better understanding on their customer base and what they order. even if they only exhibit a tag coupons, I recommend to make more of this food, since most tend to buy it this day.
I purchased 3 whole rotisserie chickens from the the Canton, MI store on 11-24-2021 for my Thanksgiving dinner. The chickens that I purchase were terrible overcooked, dried out, NO TASTE! my family could not believe these chickens were from Boston Market, Needless to say, they did not get eaten and I had to throw them out. I did not want to punish my dog, so I decided not to feed him the chicken. I will never purchase a meal from this Boston Market again.
Placed an order online on Nov. 27 and went there to pick up my order. Unfortunately my order was not ready, and I was told that they couldn't take any online order.Today I saw my credit card statement, this store didn't cancel my order, but charged me.
It says that the journey through was open, but no one answered on the drive through dont waste your time stopping
I ordered a chicken pot pie that didn't have the right balance of sweet chicken and sauce. It was mostly dry and the sauce was sticky, not creamy. I ended up throwing it away.
