Sale&pepe - Canterbury

Found this restaurant by chance. Delicious pasta meal. Nice atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, small but great. The booking process was very straightforward and quick to confirm the booking. We arrived at 1.30 after a 3 mile walk and our table was booked for 2pm, they were very accommodating and we were able to sit early. The food was delicious! There is a wide variety of pizzas, pastas and other Italian dishes so great for all tastes. We would recommend the GOAT pizza. Service was quick and accommodating. Only thing is that because it is a smaller restaurant, there is only one toilet so can mean there is a bit of a queue! Other than that we had a lovely time and would recommend to anyone!!

Delicious pizza and friendly service. It's a small place that gets busy, but we managed to get a table mid-week without booking.

Great food and service. Dog friendly too. Calamari was excellent. When local is this good why wouldn’t YOU be supporting?!

We went to Sale Pepe on our second night, food was impeccable and service was alright. Our only constructive criticism is that our night would have been completely perfect if our server would have been a bit more friendly and cordial. The service was a bit cold.
