Stax On Burgers - Canterbury

Stax on Burgers offers an abundant amount of sauce. It's a new restaurant that seems to be discovering its identity, but it has a lot of potential. I tried the 3Cheeeese burger—great cheese and a nice bun with well-cooked patties. I also sampled the "Truffed Off for Greatness," but I found that the truffle flavor was overpowering, even though I'm usually a fan of it.

This is one of few burgers places around that offers such big burgers that what really like. Fullness of the bans keep everything in place to have as well as the meat some pickles to give some sourness. I don’t really like macrons but in this burger was just fine what I’ll do next time is removing that from it.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was delicious. Ordering is done via iPads and send straight to the kitchen, so you don’t need to speak to anyone great for the socially awkward or anxious. The menu available on their website is different to what is available to order in store, so don’t preselect.

You definitely have to try their truffle and Parmesan tater tots as well—they're a must! The addition of ghost pepper salt takes them to another level. If you're a fan of sweet potato fries, I recommend pairing them with chipotle, jalapeño, and that ghost pepper salt; it's my favorite! The flavor is spicy and peppery, and I loved every bite!
