The Waffle Wagon - Cañon City

Best breakfast Burrito and green chili. We drive hour and half at least once a month to eat here. We sit on the terrace with our dogs. If the weather is nice.been come here since January 2002. Very recommended. Great customer service too.

Great breakfast. Perfectly cooked bacon, Perfectly cooked sausage and perfectly cooked eggs. We loved our waitress. She was very sweet and very nice to us. The resturant was clean and peaceful. The restrooms were also clean. The parking lot was nice and easy to navigate for us. It was right off the highway too and very easily accessible. We ate every crumb of delicious food off our plates. The green chili was amazing. It was not too hot and not too mild. It was a very nice breakfast. Very reasonably priced as well.

I visited the area and was excited to finally dine at this restaurant! Our granddaughter really enjoyed her pancakes, and our meals were fantastic as well. The staff was very friendly, and I can understand why this place is a local favorite!

While traveling along Highway 50, we stopped at a charming breakfast spot where we were warmly greeted by the host and offered drinks right away. Our server, Nikki, was incredibly attentive and catered to all our needs. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, which is a great deal for a small town like Cañon City. The restaurant was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. This place is definitely a must-visit in the city!
