Pink Elephant - Canoga Park

This is a gem in Canoga Park! You can never go wrong dining here. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are unbeatable! The woman who works there remembers my order every time I call, which says a lot about how often I visit. I’ve been coming here since I was about six years old, and my go-to order is always the spicy beef salad, yellow curry, mango sticky rice, and a large Thai tea. Trust me, these are the best items on the menu!

I've visited many Thai restaurants, and this one is my favorite. They consistently go above and beyond to prepare my dishes just the way I like them. I appreciate that my meals aren’t overly salty. My favorites include the glazed noodle salad, spicy basil chicken with rice, rad na, and their seafood soup. Their prices are very reasonable considering the quality of their food. I highly recommend everyone give this place a try!

If you love Thai food, come here! Probably 1 of the top Thai places I have eaten. it's too bad I live 8 miles away. their nudules are excellent and aromatized exactly right. if in season try their sticky rice w/mango. mmmmmmmm! service is fast and friendly. if they are in canoga park, please come to support these people. they will not be disappointed!

Eh... I feel bad and torn. On the plus side, the quality of the sauces here is actually pretty good. As an example, the veggies in my Spicy Basil with Beef dish were fresh. The bell pepper was crisp and the sauce wasn't inundated with oil or salt. I could see fresh Thai Red Chili chopped in the sauce along with some ginger. Well made. On the downside, the jasmine rice is ok but either it's the quality of the rice used or something else...but it does not taste particularly fresh. More importantly, the meats chicken, beef...no pork offered taste straight out of the freezer and come across as dry and flavorless. Ex. The Chicken satay smells of the microwave and freezer. If they'd use fresh meat in their prep, this place would be a step up in taste and quality. The owner ? who I've occasionally seen is very polite and attentive. The other staff are generally friendly and well meaning, but I've had a few mistakes made with orders in the past. Prices are quite reasonable. Currently everything is take away only.
